Meet the Alpine Team

Jordan and Connor have known one another since highschool, growing up together in the Alberta foothills, and ultimately both pursuing careers in the energy sector. After many nights reflecting on the benefits and long-term potential of geothermal, coupled with years of experience in the traditional oil & gas industry, and seeing value and importance of this technology - they combined their expertise and formed Alpine GeoThermal.

The AGT Story

Jordan is the co-founder of Alpine Geothermal, and holds a bachelors of science in Construction Project Management, with a sub-specialty in mid-to-large scale energy projects. He has worked in the oil and gas sector for over a decade, from the drilling platform to project oversite on new infrastructure and upgraded pipeline implementation. He is a International Ground Source Heat Pump Association (IGSHPA) Certified Geothermal System Designer, IGSHPA Accredited Installer, with an eye for detail and precision. Jordan calls sunny Cochrane, Alberta home, with his wife, two boys, and their golden retriever Ralph. He enjoys the natural world, and spends his time off in nature with his family; camping, fishing, skiing, and teaching his sons all about the beauty of the Alberta Rockies.

Connor is the second co-founder of Alpine Geothermal, with a academic background in Marketing from Mount Royal University. Post-university, he has spent years at large-scale oil and gas/energy projects with companies such as Teck, Syncrude and Graham in the Alberta oil sands - working with some of the largest machinery in the world, in some of the largest energy projects and mines in the country. He brings large scale project discipline, safety, and commitment to the geothermal world. When not in the operators seat or overseeing geothermal bore-hole drilling, you can find Connor in two places; in the kitchen cooking something new, or out in the mountains with his dog.
